The Minima' Cat

So, this is the pattern for my design the Minima(listic) Cat.

As you may have predicted, you can use any yarn and colour you want. I use the yarn "Tilda" from Svarta fåret, and needle size 2,5. It's a thin yarn and using that with the mentioned needle will make the cat about 14 centimeters high (ears included). And - I use needle size 2.0 for the tail just to make it slimmer. You do as you wish. I also use a part of a black fluffy chenille inside the tail, to make it bendable.

  1. I love your cat, I want to make one in white and then try to make it look like my parents' cat with brown and black eye shadow! =)
Thank you very much for the pattern!

    Have a nice evening!

  3. Hi there! I have made many of your cats as Christmas presents for my friends, and I have been asked many times if I would sell them. I would hate to do so without asking, so I was wondering if I could have permission to sell my finished product? If not it's totally fine. 😁 I would be more than happy to show you my finished cats if you want to see them!

Here is an album with all of them so far! I used a 4.25 mm hook and for a while used buttons because I didn't have the cat eyes.

Thank you for the adorable pattern and the many smiles that have come with making my own cats from it! 💜

    2. Hi Sarah! Wow, I'm honoured you've made so many cats from my pattern. And, sorry for this late reply - didn't see your message until now. You are fully free to sell your cats, just makes me happy that more people get to spend time with them. It also makes me happy that you asked for permission. Last, but not least - I love the scarves you put around their necks. :) Cat away! /Nina

    3. Thank you so much! I have been so busy with school I haven't had a chance to make any to sell.😂 But I'm hoping this summer I can do so and make a little money from my work. I would never sell something I made without permission from the pattern owner, so I'm so glad I asked! By the way, the scarves are just simple single crocheted ones and I thought they'd help hold the head up since I use a bigger hook.😂 thanks again!

  17. Introducing a new cat to your current feline friend and Labrador requires patience and a gradual approach. Start by keeping the new cat in a separate room, allowing him to get acclimated to his new environment without feeling overwhelmed. This also gives your existing Male Calico Cat a chance to smell.
